At MOS The Label, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
